Interested in making the world more peaceful and just?

和平 and 冲突 coursework explores: war and peace, 身份, non-violent philosophy, conflict resolution, 建设和平, recovery from trauma, restorative justice and social justice principals.  

签证中心 offers a transcript distinction for students in 和平 & 冲突. Students are required to take 人文学科 1302 (HUMA 1302—Introduction to 和平 & 冲突) and 6 additional hours of coursework labeled “和平 & 冲突 Emphasis”.

The mission of the 和平 and 冲突研究 program at 西北Vista 大学 is to examine issues of social justice and to develop skills in peacebuilding and conflict transformation through interdisciplinary study.
